At Italian 51, we believe the best meals are inspired by the seasons. Every week, our chefs step outside our signature menu to create exclusive dishes using the finest market-fresh ingredients and traditional Italian techniques.

From handcrafted pastas to coastal-inspired seafood and creative cocktails, these dishes represent the very best of our kitchen’s creativity—but they’re only here for seven days.


On the Menu This Week

The Cocktail Hour

Love at 1st Sip Fall in love with our vibrant blend of Pink Gin, strawberry liqueur, and fresh puree, topped with a refreshing sweet and sour soda finish. The perfect precursor to a Mediterranean feast.

To Start

Burrata Pugliese Creamy, indulgent Burrata served on a vibrant bed of pea puree. Finished with cherry tomatoes, a drizzle of aromatic truffle oil, and served with toasted focaccia.

Bresaola Traditional cured beef thinly sliced and served with peppery rocket, salty Parmesan shavings, and a touch of sweet balsamic. Accompanied by our signature toasted focaccia.

The Main Event

Fritto Misto A crispy, golden celebration of the sea. Fried calamari, prawns, cod, and cuttlefish, served with garlic mayo, sweet chilli dip, and hot skin-on fries.

Paccheri al Tonno Authentic, home-made egg pasta tossed with fresh tuna, olives, capers, and garlic. Finished in a light white wine and olive oil sauce with burst cherry tomatoes.
